  • Pesticide application records: all fields you enter in the application log
  • Compliance dates: license expiry dates, renewal deadlines
  • Chemical inventory: product names, quantities, SDS documents
  • Payment information: handled by Stripe (we never store raw card data)

Information We Collect Automatically

  • Usage analytics: page views, feature usage (via Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-first, no cookies)
  • Error logs: application errors for debugging (no personal data)
  • Account activity: login timestamps, last active date

Information We Do Not Collect

  • We do not use third-party advertising trackers
  • We do not use Google Analytics
  • We do not sell or broker your data
  • We do not use your data to train AI models

How We Use Your Data

  • Provide the PestLogPro service
  • Send compliance reminders and trial notifications (you can unsubscribe)
  • Process payments via Stripe
  • Respond to support requests
  • Maintain and improve the service

We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to any third party.

Data Security

  • TLS encryption for all data in transit
  • Encryption at rest (Cloudflare infrastructure)
  • Row-level security: your data is only accessible by your account
  • Clerk authentication with industry-standard session security
  • No employee access to user pesticide application records

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you by email within 72 hours of discovery.

Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into PestLogPro. We claim no ownership rights in your data. You may export your data at any time, including after cancellation, during the 90-day retention period. After 90 days post-cancellation, all data is permanently deleted.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Right to know what personal information we collect
  • Right to delete your personal information
  • Right to opt out of the sale of your personal information (Note: PestLogPro does not sell personal information)
